Shipping & Delivery Services

For international shipping, we work primarily with EMS (China Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide.The other Shipping services (such as , DHL/FedEx) are not available, because Tea is one of special products in China.

EMS Speed Post takes up to 10-14 working days for delivery & Air Mail takes up to 15-25 days for delivery.

If you need fast shipping service (DHL/FedEx), We can delivery your ordered packages to Hong Kong and use these shipping services with the help of our shipping agency. please tell us when you place orders at our site, we would provide the shipping cost quotation 

Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes up to 5-7 working days for delivery,​

Shipping Charges

After​ you place an order at the site, you can calculate the total weight according to your ordered items and the weight unit of the item. Then you can order  "the international shipping service " for your country. And shipping costs would automatically calculated on the basis of  package weight and mode of shipping. And please confirm with us about shipping costs of your order before paying.

Orders received usually ship out the 3-5 business day.  Please note that our International delivery partner does not work on Saturday or Sundays.

Important Notice: Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments. Customs Department in Some countries may charged Custom Clearance fee.
